Where do you ship?
Vintage Adorned Home can ship to street addresses in the continental U.S, Alaska, and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Vintage Adorned Home does not ship to U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico and Guam.

What are your shipping rates?
Shipping costs are applied to each order and are set by the carrier. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are based on package size, weight, and final destination. All packages ship from Savannah, Georgia.

How can I track my package?
Once your order has shipped you will receive and email with tracking information for your package.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Check your estimated arrival date by tracking your package with the carrier. Packages usually arrive within 5 business days after they are shipped, however delivery time is controlled and dependent on the carrier. Vintage Adorned Home does not guarantee delivery times.

Vintage Adorned Home is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen, or marked as delivered but not at the delivery address. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier for further assistance with the lost package.

My item arrived damaged. What can I do?
All orders are well packed to insure safe delivery. On a rare occasion unfortunate accidents can occur in transit to cause damage to the items. Damage occurs for various reasons; from package mishandling by the carrier to severe weather.

Should you receive a damaged product, please document the damage with pictures from various angles and contact us within 2 calendar days at A full refund will be issued upon receiving the proof of damage.


What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most purchases.

Items that are marked “antique” "final sale," "clearance," "as is" or "made-to-order" are not returnable, nor can we adjust prices for items within an order or cancel orders. You can find out if an item is eligible for return in its product description.

How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return simply notify us with an email within 3 days of delivery, letting us know what you are wishing to return at

Once the return is confirmed, please mail the item back in its original packaging and send us tracking number for the returning package to
Package must be received within 5 business days.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the original purchase and return.
Once the item has been received a full refund will be sent for the cost of item and any taxes. Item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
