Where do you ship?
Vintage Adorned Home can ship to street addresses in the continental U.S, Alaska, and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.
We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Vintage Adorned Home does not ship to U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico and Guam.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping & handling costs are applied to each order and are set by the carrier. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are based on package size & weight, and final destination. All packages ship from Savannah, Georgia.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has shipped you will receive and email with tracking information for your package.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Check your estimated arrival date by tracking your package with the carrier. Packages usually arrive within 5 business days after they are shipped, however delivery time is controlled and dependent on the carrier. Vintage Adorned Home does not guarantee delivery times.
Vintage Adorned Home is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen, or marked as delivered but not at the delivery address. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier for further assistance with the lost package.
All textiles, pillow covers, throws, artwork, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is adequately packaged for return. Vintage Adorned Home cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Once we receive your item we will process your return and a refund will be issued to either your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
All items must be in new, unused condition with any tags still attached and packing intact. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
